Presbytery Room For Rent



Yep James is off into the Wild Blue Yonder... Which means that there is a room coming up at the Presbytery.

So...

ABOUT THE ROOM
Medium/Large sized room with high cieling and Ensuite with shower. Carpeted. Has a few large built in storage cupboards.

ABOUT THE PRESBYTERY
The Space is big and we love it. Huge wooden floored living room with high ceilings, white walls, a chandelier and a fireplace. Massive sun-drenched balcony, high ceilings everywhere, wooden floors through most of the space, our own churchbell, offstreet parking, lovely big kitchen with a blackboard painted wall and bright friendly painted cupboards, ADSL connection, good water pressure etc...

We are about 100 meters from the top of King st, but tucked away in a quiet little corner with lots of trees. 12 minute walk from Redfern station, and 3 minutes from King St busses.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally you would be some-one we already know, but awesome people from outside our collective circles could be cool too. Ideally between 25-35, and interested in playing a part in the ‘cultural’ and creative life we live here. Therefore you are interested in lots of stuff and have interesting, creative and wild stuff going on in your life.

We are looking for some-one who appreciates the beauty and uniqueness of the place and will thereby contribute to it. Doing dishes REGULARLY and a handle on the need to keep things a bit organised and neat and tidy. Messy people need not apply. And trust us – we won’t be fooled.

Oh and ideally – you’ll have a video projector, cook like a god, make truly vicious cocktails when called upon and have an awesome CD collection.

Heh heh…

THE DEAL
Room available from early October -but - there can be some flexibility here...
Rent is about $133 per week ($578 per calendar month). Usual bond and stuff.
